Maison Minter
2025/2026, we are proud to have been chosen for an exciting 12 month project:
Transforming an old atelier and garage into a stunning modern mountain home.
Our work included stripping back to 4 bare walls and then upgrading the existing industrial structure into a modern alpine home (all building regulations were strictly adhered to)...
-
Removing and installing a new roof, (metal/wood/Zinc)
-
Insulation of the entire building, roof and external walls
-
Cladding external insulated walls to create that alpine chalet look
-
All internal framework, creating modern open spaces and rooms, a large mezzanine accessed via a bespoke oak staircase.
-
Creating spaces for bespoke windows and exterior doors to be fabricated and fitted
We managed every aspect of the build alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, from the architect through to groundworks, plumbers and electricians.

Remove the existing roof to expose the concrete structure in order to raise the gable ends to accommodate the new bespoke roof. This included the fabrication of 2 x 8m 'Larch A' frames
Insulation walls and roof
Roof fully insulated from the outside in inside.
Walls insulated on the outside then reframed for cladding this, ensured the large volume remains
on the inside of the building for the first fix.
